My Road Map to Success, Vision Board Workshop
During this workshop athletes looking to receive college scholarships will be guided through the process of defining the type of college team they want to be a part of and the steps they need to take to achieve that goal. What is a vision board? A visual representation of your goals and dreams that will assist you in attracting those goals and dreams. When you come up with the vision of what you want to have and achieve sends a message to your brain to begin moving us in the direction of those dreams. Becoming clear about the goal and the steps needed to take to achieve it will set in motion the movement to get it done. The visual representation of the vision board will keep athletes focused on what they want to achieve.
